What you should do if your child...

Is unable to come to school:
- Parent/caregiver to phone or email office by 9am on 07 5333783 or send a note with sibling. (Please include reason as this is required by the Ministry)
Is late to school:
- Child should report to office so we can adjust attendance record
Needs to use the phone:
- Your child should ask a teacher, or at the office.
Needs to have time off during term:
- Parent/caregiver should write to the principal with a request for authorised absence.
Is looking for lost property:
- Child should check throroughly in all obvious places where it last was. Check with teacher in case it has been returned to classroom. Check in lost property box in multipurpose room
Damages school property (even by accident):
- Child should see duty teacher right away
Has a change in contact information:
- Parent/caregiver should inform the office immediately
Needs stationery:
- School stationery lists go home in December and are also posted on this web site. The school does stock basic supplies.
Wants to know about forthcoming events:
- Check weekly newsletter and this website.
Wants to order from the canteen:
- Parent/caregiver should place order and correct money if possible in an envelope and child should give to the office.
Is worried about something at school:
- Child should either talk to peer mediators on duty, classroom teacher or duty teacher.
Needs to pay school fees or activity fees:
- Accounts can be paid to the office by cheque or cash or by direct credit online banking.
